Erin Hearon took it to the next level, spending time with my concerns and ultimately saving over $200 a month on my and my child’s auto insurance. Highly recommended. I posted as much on social media.

I've had great service with Cari Ewalt. She phoned me and introduced herself a couple of years ago when she was assigned as the agent for my area. She cut my auto and home insurance premiums substantially by quoting from another of their represented insurance companies. She was also helpful in sorting out outdated info on my cars and home that required updating.

Reasonable price
I have been dealing with Carole Ewalt for almost 2 years. She is always very professional, organized and has thorough knowledge of the auto owners insurance which I have contracted through her.
She consistently reaches out monthly to check on my needs. I highly recommend her for any of your insurance needs.

Mr. James and Cari are amazing. They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. I have my renter’s insurance, builders’ insurance, car insurance, and mortgage insurance with them. I completely trust their guidance and would recommend them to anyone.

I am so glad I connected with Erin Hearon at Insurance Protection Solutions. She treats me like family! It is so hard now to get a person to help with important matters such as insurance. I struggled for a few years after my Nationwide agent, Ray Hogan in Charlottesville, retired. Erin has worked hard to support me with all my insurance needs. A+

Super nice staff and great service.
By far, the best agency and customer service I have found in Wburg. Everyone has a great attitude and there isn't an issue they can't resolve. IPS is the best!
